Party Policies!
Every guest with children must fill out and sign a waiver!
All Play Session rules apply to parties
Children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years will be considered a party guest
Kindly ask all of your guests to leave by the end of your scheduled time or you will receive an additional surcharge on your account
If your guests take any of our decorations, YOU WILL BE responsible for the cost of ordering replacements
Cancelation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel your party, you can reschedule within an assigned time, determined by package.
If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of scheduled party, a $50 late cancelation fee will be charged to the booking
